2000 Iron Boddhisattva

This is a tea that benefits from some uninterrupted contemplation. The heavy roasting gives a layer of dark chocolate, coffee and exotic spice. There's a sour note that's indicative of it's age and plays off the rich flavor. A deep contentment stole over us as we sipped.
For extra drama, Michael will use this tea for his Chiu Jao Gong Fu Cha ceremony.
