  Spring Harvest Iron Bodhisattva
 
 
We love summer fruits and we also love finding them in our summer teas. This year's spring harvest delighted us with lychee, peach and melon. The strong fruity fragrance carried a hint of vanilla and orchid. The tea was sweet and light with a touch of fresh cream that rounded out the flavor and added fullness to the texture.
The fruity notes kept coming cup after cup. Winnie noticed some mango in the finish while Dae felt it was similar to pineapple. Either way, both felt refreshed and cooler afterwards.
