  Spring Harvest Iron Bodhisattva
 
 
We love summer fruits and we also love finding them in our summer teas. This year's spring harvest delighted us with lychee, peach and melon but there was a stronger grassy note not found in previous harvests. The floral fragrance carried a hint of vanilla and orchid and lingered at the bottom of our cups. The tea was sweet and light with a touch of fresh cream that rounded out the flavor and added fullness to the texture.
