A red tea adored by both Dae and Winnie. The warm caramel and spiced honeycake aroma enhanced the sweet yet cosmopolitan brew. A spice note (possibly cardamom) played along the edge of the rich, fruity liquor. subsequent steeps brought in some citrus notes that stayed till the finish. Thick and creamy with a slight astringence in later cups. Winnie thinks it would be lovely paired with a black sesame dessert.
