This rare, limited production tea comes from the "Neck of the Phoenix", an area that shelters the original Phoenix Mountain tea trees, the parent plants of other Phoenix cultivars. Along with the pedigree comes a very distinct tea with large, fragrant leaves. Michael can taste the high mountain character of the tea leaves. Beautiful orchid notes.
