One of our favorite teas from Phoenix Mountain. There's an abundance of lychee fruit in the heady aroma. The natural sweetness spreads throughout the mouth and harmonizes with the slight bitter edge. Never cloying and delicately balanced. A well made cup can deliver a beautiful bouquet of fruits and flowers.
Although usually delightful, this is one of our more capricious teas. It's finicky nature can be difficult for inexperienced brewers to control. We recommend a little patience for a lot of reward.
