A couple savory notes that appear once the leaves are heated, drift away and leave behind a trace of toasted grain. The flattened buds still possess delicate, downy hairs which end up floating to the top and stippling the surface of the brew. A phantom trace of old fashioned lemon drops lingers in the finish.
