A small leaf varietal from WuYi San that gorgeously balances smoke, savory and sweet. The strong smoky aroma wetted our appetites. Winnie was reminded of campfires and Dae suddenly craved smoked salmon and caviar. Below the smoky mantle, we discovered a surprisingly sweet and round body with notes of dried longan fruit. Later brews gave us a floral aftertaste with a slightly dry finish. Unusual and compelling, this tea invites experimentation.
