From the legendary tea gardens of Anxi County in Fujian, China comes the Iron Bodhisattva. Also known as Goddess of Mercy and TiKwanYin, bodhisattvas were enlightened beings who abandoned their own celestial journey to stay behind on earth and guide others along the path to Nirvana. It's a beautiful and fitting name for a collection of oolongs that have often transported us to the borders of bliss.
Start with the mildest roast, the Spring Harvest TiKwanYin and enjoy it's delicate, floral fragrance. A summer orchard of flavors in a winter hardy body. The Elegant Queen is a proprietary blend that layers a rich nutty roast over sweet honey notes. The GongFu tea's medium roast delivers warm berry notes and great texture. The Classic is our heaviest roast and the ebony leaves deliver a profound body of flavor.
