Our 2009 Fall Harvest Iron Bodhisattva is here bringing back a garden of fruits and flowers flourishing on our palates. A great antidote to the chill winter weather that's arrived on our doorstep. We look forward to this delightful oolong every year. A hint of late summer in our cups that helps us cope with the gray, blustery New York weather.
There's a delicate fragrance that is sweetly floral. More orchids and melon. The body is light yet creamy with a soft, velvety texture. More mouthwatering sweetness spreads throughout the mouth with every sip and leaves a lovely, cooling finish. Dae usually finds lightly roasted teas too cooling once the weather gets cold but she can enjoy this TiKwanYin without the unpleasant chills to her core. For her, it's a gentle reminder of sun filled skies and heat soaked orchards.
