We love a puer that when pushed likes to push back. The initial aroma promised a little smoke and leather with some flowers on the side. Musk and vanilla notes reminded us of our favorite colognes. A hint of something wild lurked in the back of the mouth along with the aftertaste of an aged cigar. In spite of all the dynamic flavors and scents, this tea left us feeling quite peaceful. It was hard not to stay relaxed and blissful while we enjoyed a sweet citrus finish that turned pleasantly minty.
