  2003 Shuang Jinang Meng Ku
 
 
Bright, sharp and flowery. There was a lovely anise note in the fragrance. Sweet with an assertive bitterness and grassy notes. The strong pomelo rind aftertaste felt fresh and cooling. Lacking in gentleness and pacing, we were instead treated to bold flavor and unbridled power. Several infusions by Michael left  Dae feeling giddy and euphoric.
