We love to brew this tea with an assertive hand. There's a bold harmony of camphor and leather with a touch of raisin. Michael can taste the wild origin of the aged leaves. The fragrance reminds Dae of a traditional outdoor Japanese bath made of ancient pine beams. Strong and bracing, the finish spreads the essence of pomelo throughout the mouth. A nice kick to the palate.
