  1950's Shui Xian
 
 
A mature oolong that doesn't hurry and is happy to please. Smooth with a long sweet finish. We were delighted with notes of licorice, anise, and green bean cake. Afterwards we craved dessert. There's a touch of sour that beautifully balances the sweet. We happily surrendered ourselves to the cha-qi. The feeling of physical bliss stayed with us for a long time.
